libburn was implicitly included before by libisofs, but at
some point, libisofs stopped requiring libburn to build,
and so it was possible to install libisofs without having
the requisite libburn package installed.

This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected. ;-)
