This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected. ;-)

This has changed since my original download of the source
tarball (which matches the old md5sum), but a diff of the
two source tarballs' contents shows identical contents,
so I'm not concerned about malicious activity this time...
