libraries/openjpeg1: Removed (Included in Slackware 14.2)
Affected SBo builds include graphics/darktable, graphics/Blender,
and graphics/openimageio
They'll need to use /usr/include/openmj2-2.1/openjpeg.h and link to
the libopenmj2 library shipped in Slackware openjpeg package.
These changes are still TODO.
